As you may have seen on socials - I managed to break my foot in mid-October! The whole story can be found on this IG post if you haven't seen it yet. For now, I'm healing well but it's put the breaks on my usual shenanigans around this place!

Luckily no surgery was required and I'm now out of the moon-boot - however the universe has deemed that I should slow down just a little (a lot) and all workshops have been moved into 2026.

This has allowed us to rethink what workshops we'll run in the first quarter of next year, with now 5 separate felt workshop types including:

* garlands and decorations (needle felting)

* banners (wet and needle felting)

* bowls (wet and needle felting)

* art (wet and needle felting)

* bunting (wet and needle felting)

More workshop types will be added over time, as I keep stretching my felting skills, but for now workshops will be offered every 2nd weekend in January, February and March next year - all details are now live HERE. 

As a reminder: workshops on farm are great for individuals, couples, date ideas, birthdays or hens' parties / these experiences would also be a unique gift for a partner, mum or friend.

where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in Australia - shipping amounts are calculated from your shopping cart.
Selected items can be shipped internationally - contact us for a quote.

can I see some artworks in person?

Yes - selected art prints and products are available at:

when can I expect my order?
  • Various items (e.g. notebooks, cards, logo products, puzzles) are kept in stock at the farm and delivery should arrive 1-2 weeks from ordering.
  • fine art prints and felt pieces are made to order to ensure each item is crafted specifically for you.
    In general, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery.
  • if you require an urgent order, please contact us.
can you print custom sizes?

Yes - please contact us for a quote.

do you have wholesale rates?

Yes - if you have a store or airbnb that would look great paired with our artworks, please reach out to us.

can I visit nefotlak farm?

Not yet as we have lots of infrastructure needed (e.g. our driveway is a bit of a mess and petting-zoo insurance is needed aparently....sheesh!!), however we hope to open to the public sometime in the near future.

Total spend over $150 - standard shipping is FREE
Total spend under $150 - standard shipping flat rate $15 per order applies.

felt kisses
To enable a supply of the multitude of colours within our alpaca herd, our alpaca 'kiss' garlands are lovingly handmade with every new order.
Orders containing kiss garlands will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks.
photography
Our fine art prints are a custom-made-to-order product, which means that once you place an order, we begin creating your piece.
Due to the handmade nature of our items (printing and framing), most products have a handling time of 3-4 weeks. 
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us.
Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
As our print products are made to order, exchanges are not accepted, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
In the case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
refund policy
framed & unframed photographic prints
All purchases of photographic prints - whether framed or unframed - are custom-made to order and therefore final.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
If your print arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@nefotlakfarm.com.au for assistance.
Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage along with your order details in your email.
We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or another suitable solution.
Please note that all prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases of damage during transit, we will do our best to assist you.
